B) Criminal Fraud at Kidsland | 凱仕蘭的刑事欺詐

Kidsland is a large English cram school in Tainan City, Taiwan. They hired me knowing that I spent several years in prison in Canada trying to restore my reputation after I began this project to win a Nobel Peace Prize (to unite the churches of the world, a crazy idea).

芝麻街凱仕蘭是台灣台南市的一所大型英語補習班。他們僱用了我，知道我在開始這個項目以贏得諾貝爾和平獎（團結世界各地的教會，一個瘋狂的想法）後，我在加拿大度過了幾年的監獄，試圖恢復我的聲譽。

Kidsland Managers (specifically: General Manager Clare 江佩樺, ESL Program Manager Stacy 黃姿瑜, and Teaching Department Manager Denise 徐乙彤) didn't want their clients to learn that I was in jail in Canada.

芝麻街凱仕蘭的經理（特別是：總經理江佩樺、ESL項目經理黃姿瑜和教學部經理徐乙彤）不希望他們的客戶知道我在加拿大入獄。

I do need to restore my reputation in Canada after the wrongful convictions. I began a petition on 26 Dec 2017. Kidsland managers Denise and Stacy immediately demanded a meeting. The meeting occurred on 28 Dec 2017. At the meeting, they told me that they don't want any Kidsland Sesame Street clients to learn that I was in jail in Canada.

在被錯誤定罪後，我確實需要恢復我在加拿大的聲譽。我於106年12月26日開始請願。凱仕蘭經理徐乙彤和黃姿瑜立即要求會面。會議發生在106年12月28日。在會議上，他們告訴我，他們不希望任何芝麻街凱仕蘭客戶知道我在加拿大入獄。

In other words, Kidsland managers directly stopped me from restoring my teaching credibility AND Kidsland managers demanded me to deceive paying clients, which is also called criminal fraud and in contravention of Taiwan Criminal Code Article 339(4).

也就是說，芝麻街凱仕蘭經理直接阻止我恢復教學信譽，凱仕蘭經理要求我欺騙付費客戶，這也稱為刑事欺詐，違反了台灣刑法第339（4）條。

Since Taiwan law prohibits cram schools from hiring foreign convicted criminals without at least verifying that the convictions are not sex-related rape, and Taiwan law prohibits hiring seriously mentally ill foreigners as English teachers, therefore the school was not legally allowed to hire me UNLESS I continually try to restore my teaching credibility. Because I have been, and am still, continuously proving that I was wrongfully convicted in Canada, that is the only reason why a Constitutional Human Rights argument can be applied to this case. However, Kidsland managers cannot ask me to hide any part of this case in order to maximize profit from clients because that is the definition of criminal fraud.

由於台灣法律禁止補習班僱用外國定罪罪犯，但至少要核實定罪不是與性有關的強姦罪，而且台灣法律禁止僱用患有嚴重精神病的外國人擔任英語教師，因此學校在法律上不允許僱用我，除非我是不斷嘗試恢復我的教學可信度。因為我一直並且仍然不斷證明我在加拿大被錯誤地定罪，這是憲法人權論點可以適用於本案的唯一原因。但是，芝麻街凱仕蘭的經理不能要求我隱藏此案的任何部分，以便從客戶那裡獲得最大利潤，因為這就是犯罪欺詐的定義。

Because at least three managers knew about my criminal history, and three managers directly asked me to deceive clients about my criminal past, this is a case of aggravated criminal fraud in contravention of Taiwan's Criminal Code Article 339(4) and not just 339.

They spent a night alone in a hotel with a teacher...the school knew the teacher spent years in a mental hospital... The school hides his past...Um. The Canada police suspected the teacher of making bombs. The Republic Of China Legal Aid Foundation says the teacher was in jail for 3 years for... "sexual embarrassment" charges... Um. This really happened at Sesame Street School in Taiwan. Should we tell the parents just half the story?

2018年10月23日傳單的正文，我向芝麻街凱仕蘭發出的邀請，以阻止經理進一步欺騙我以前的朋友（他們的客戶）關於我的內容是：

他們獨自在一家酒店住了一晚和老師一起……學校知道老師在精神病院度過了多年……學校隱藏了他的過去……嗯。加拿大警方懷疑老師製造炸彈。中華民國法律援助基金會稱這位老師因為“性尷尬”指控被判入獄3年……嗯。這真的發生在台灣的芝麻街學校。我們應該告訴父母一半的故事嗎？

The flier includes the name "Sesame Street" in red coloring, and a picture of a Kidsland Sesame Street, ESL Program Manager Stacy Huang (黃姿瑜), as well as the address of the main office (701台南市東區長榮路二段32巷6號), and the names of four students (Jeremy, Boyan, Leo, and Danny).

傳單包括紅色的“芝麻街”名稱、以及一張芝麻街凱仕蘭、ESL項目經理黃姿瑜的照片、以及總公司地址（701台南市東區長榮路二段32巷6號）、以及四名學生的姓名（Jeremy、Boyan、Leo和Danny）。

The picture was taken 14 Aug 2017 in the hotel of an overnight school trip, somewhere in Taiwan.

The A5-sized poster contains a QR Code which links to a 16 Oct 2018 Petition Update. The petition update is also included as Exhibit C in a 25 June 2021 submission to the Tainan District Criminal Court (reference PDF pages 23 to 30) regarding the ridiculous allegation that I tried to extort money from Kidsland with that flier:
