The Tainan District Court requested the Ministry Of Health And Welfare (衛生福利部) to assess my mental health on 31 May 2021.

I attended the assessment, but Forensic Psychiatrist (司法精神醫師) Chun-Hung Lee (李俊宏) decline.

The Ministry Of Health And Welfare (衛生福利部) insisted that a mental patient must provide a brain scan.  I declined the brain scan on principle, because a brain scan implies the belief that our thinking processes involve the brain.

The belief that our thinking processes require a physical body is in direct contravention of Republic Of China Constitution Article 13, the one that guarantees people the freedom of religious belief.

Chang Jung Christian University (長榮大學) became involved as a result of my decline of the 13 Oct 2020 assessment.  I declined the first assessment because the Tainan District Court was negligent.  Doctors cannot determine whether or not a Delusional Disorder exists until after prosecutors assessed whether or not the allegedly criminal behavor occurred.  That's how Chang Jung Christian University (長榮大學) (http://p13.rene.guru) became involved.  Thereafter, the court scheduled the assessment on 31 May 2021.

On 31 May 2021, I attended the assessment.  It was a whole-day affair, beginning at 8:30 am.  At first, I didn't believe that it'd take the whole day, but they really didn't over-exaggerate.

I arrived on time (exactly on time).  The sign-in at the door due to COVID took a minute.  At the counter, I met the court-appointed interpreter.  It was going to be a "hurry up and wait" game.  They expected me to give urine, blood, X-rays, and brain scan.

And it caused me to request a formal investigation into the doctor, because I audio-recorded the entire conversation, and transcribed the conversation into a written document.  When the judge refused to investigate, I filed the investigation request into a form Civil lawsuit against the government, "tlaw0004".

It is the purpose of this story, after all, to ensure that doctors do not ruefully insist on something which isn't true.  It's a violation of the freedom of religious belief when the doctor denies patients the right to believe in their own Spirit, even if the doctor only requires the patients to stop believe for the duration of a brain scan, it's still a violation.
